Knowledge of Rocket League, Minecraft, or Smash Bros, Competitive gaming experience, Ability to teach game mechanics, Availability for Tuesday/Thursday afternoons
About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist and lead camp teaching sessions
- Help participants improve through kindness and encouragement
- Lead homeschool enrichment program sessions
- Supervise youth during camps and other activities
- Lead league sessions at schools alongside school staff
- Organize and moderate tournaments
- Maintain eSports equipment and areas
- Promote good sportsmanship and ensure a positive environment
- Host birthday parties as needed
Requirements
- Knowledge and competitive experience in Rocket League, Minecraft, and/or Smash Bros
- Ability to teach specific game mechanics (e.g., Rocket League aerials/rotations or Smash movement/matchups)
- Availability for Tuesday/Thursday afternoons (12:45pm-4:30pm) at Blackland Prairie
Preferred Qualifications
- Champ+ rank Rocket League players
- Smash Bros tournament experience
