Responsibilities

• Administer, implement, and support manufacturing applications (MES) and digital solutions to ensure operational continuity.
• Manage incident resolution and provide technical support to users.
• Oversee system integration, interface management, and change management processes.
• Contribute to the digitalization of processes and optimization of information flows.
• Coordinate between technical areas, business users, and external providers.
• Manage IT projects and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with enterprise applications and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Knowledge of system integration and interface management.
• Proficiency with Cloud Solutions and digital platforms.
• Experience in Change Management and release management.
• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies (highly desirable).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
