Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with rural producers and regional clients to identify demands for inputs, financing, services, and grain commercialization.
• Prospect and manage a portfolio of producers.
• Monitor market trends, including planted area, climate, competition, production, and the commercialization of grains and agrochemicals.
• Handle grain price formation and the sale of agricultural inputs.
• Manage contracts, including signatures, guarantees, certificates, property registrations, and payment scheduling.
• Implement and monitor credit requests and necessary documentation for analysis.
• Forecast monthly delivery of agrochemicals to synchronize purchases and stock availability.
• Conduct field visits to monitor crop cycles, including planting, development, and harvesting.
• Interface with logistics, loading, delivery, and quality control teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Agricultural Technology, Agronomy, Administration, or related fields.
• Solid professional experience within the specific region.
• Proven experience in price formation, planting costs, and commercialization.
• An established and structured client portfolio.
• Valid Driver's License (CNH B) and availability for travel.
• Must reside in Ourinhos, SP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
