Responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis and design of business requirements
• Create and manage detailed work plans for digital transformation projects
• Automate tasks to support continuous development and efficiency
• Model and improve processes for mobile applications
• Handle technical configuration of Front-end applications
• Develop database solutions and perform data analysis
• Maintain continuous communication with business user areas
• Manage projects from initial requirement gathering through to implementation

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Experience in requirement analysis (As-is, To-be, Gap)
• Proficiency in Web design and development, Git, and DevOps
• Hands-on experience with SoapUI or Postman
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and process diagramming
• Experience with Oracle databases and intermediate ANSI SQL
• Technical English proficiency
• Strong skills in technical documentation and prototyping
