Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and integrate AI capabilities (including agents) into IT infrastructure such as storage, backup, SAN, virtualization, and observability.
• Develop intelligent automation solutions to optimize operations, improve resilience, and reduce incident response times.
• Apply observability, data analysis, and SRE practices to identify patterns, anticipate failures, and enable automated diagnosis and remediation.
• Establish integration standards between infrastructure platforms, automation tools, and AI models, ensuring security and governance in critical environments.
• Utilize GenAI via Llama Stack and model runtimes like vLLM, openVINO, and Triton.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT Support and Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Linux, virtualization, networking, and enterprise storage.
• Proficiency in Python/Bash scripting and API integration for automated operational tasks.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and AI agents to build diagnostic and decision-making solutions.
• Ability to interpret metrics, logs, and traces to detect anomalies in production platforms.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Availability to travel to Querétaro, CDMX, and Monterrey.
