Responsibilities

• Execute business opportunities within the store flow to maximize the offering of products and services
• Drive customer digitalization and guide users through digital banking tools
• Provide excellent service to customers across all segments to ensure a superior experience
• Actively work to acquire new customers
• Support various banking environments including self-service, teller services, management desks, and treasury as needed

Requirements

• CPA 10 certification (ANBIMA)
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in sales

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA 20 certification
• Completed undergraduate degree or postgraduate studies
