Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fraud origination risk strategies and policies for credit cards, auto, and payroll loans.
• Evaluate and adjust strategies to optimize false positive rates based on observed behavior.
• Perform portfolio analysis on new accounts to identify variables that detect fraud patterns, such as identity theft and first-party fraud.
• Manage and utilize various fraud risk engines and tools to maintain and improve origination strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of models through variable refinement, segmentation, and recalibration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Credit Risk, specifically focused on origination risk for consumer portfolios (credit cards, auto, and payroll).
• Proven experience in developing fraud metrics and alerts.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, and R.
• Knowledge of fraud risk engine administration.
• Intermediate English language skills.
