Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor reporting across different lines of business to manage channel deviations
• Provide support to national promotion figures to ensure correct management of business lines
• Design sales materials for the promotion and launch of various products
• Manage and follow up on channel campaigns and projects to drive business growth
• Coordinate and participate in national sales force events, including committees and product launches
• Monitor commercial structures to support the development of the business portfolio

Requirements

• Completed degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field
• Strong skills in information analysis, probability, and statistics
• Experience in graphic content development for high-impact sales materials
• Knowledge of products and general processes within the insurance sector
• Proven experience in promotion, value proposition, and sales environments
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
