About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute strategies to attract new business opportunities through commercial alliances
- Present proposals to potential businesses, offices, and commercial allies
- Negotiate and ensure business needs are met with commercial partners and internal GNP areas
- Establish solid relationships with commercial allies and intermediaries to achieve annual sales objectives
Requirements
- Completed degree in Economic-Administrative fields
- Experience in relationship management with sales forces
- Experience in internal and external customer service
- Knowledge of mass sales operation processes and negotiation
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of statistics, marketing, and administration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mass insurance sales (Affinity, Bancassurance, Direct, or Digital)
- Experience in value proposition development
- Experience in operational transformation and digital sales innovation
