Especialista Mantenimiento Jr.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design technical solutions for corrective maintenance, optimizations, and low-to-medium complexity application requirements.
• Resolve application incidents by implementing root-cause solutions to mitigate business impact.
• Execute unit testing to ensure software components meet technical guidelines and requirements.
• Manage solution deployment across different environments through to production installation.
• Ensure development and testing environments are properly prepared for building and testing solutions.
• Correct defects reported during Quality Assurance testing to prevent production incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems Engineering or Computer Systems.
• Proficiency in COBOL, COBOL/DB2, TSO, ISPF, CICS, and JCL.
• Experience with Java, Eclipse, Maven, Gradle, and Hibernate.
• Knowledge of databases including DB2, MySQL, Firebase, Spanner, or Big Query.
• Understanding of software architecture, communication protocols, operating systems, and networks.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, and testing.
• Advanced skills in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience participating in the construction of IT solutions using specialized technologies.
• Experience working on software development projects.
• Experience performing unit, security, code quality, and integration testing.
