Especialista Innovacion y Transformacion

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document functional requirements for business needs
• Develop and configure requirements to support innovation and transformation
• Manage project lifecycles, including progress reporting and risk mitigation
• Create and update process diagrams using standard modeling techniques
• Lead requirement understanding sessions and interact with Architecture, Development, and QA teams
• Review test scenarios and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide daily and monthly activity reports to ensure project alignment

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Informatics, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in business process analysis and functional requirement analysis
• Proficiency in BPMN standards, including AS-IS and TO-BE process modeling
• Strong knowledge of Bizagi, Visio, and Microsoft Project
• Experience with SOAP services and programming logic
• Background in application development across various programming languages
• Proven experience in project management and business/functional analysis
