Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end data processes including extraction, integration, and consolidation from multiple systems
• Validate data quality through rigorous controls, cross-referencing, and inconsistency detection
• Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to support commercial decision-making
• Design, automate, and maintain technical tools using advanced Excel, SQL, macros, and scripts
• Document processes, workflows, and reporting best practices
• Provide support to internal users to ensure clear understanding of data and information
• Collaborate with Data, Operations, and Compensation teams to ensure data consistency

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or information management
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (including pivot tables, macros, and Power Query)
• Experience working with large volumes of data from multiple sources
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Degree in Engineering, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical profile with high attention to detail and a focus on quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
