Responsibilities

• Participate in the design of collection strategies and portfolio management to ensure proper labeling of renewals and cancellations.
• Manage and administer the GMM policy service list manually, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee accounting labeling for the CCDyG channel to ensure correct application and follow-up.
• Validate and manage premium debtors older than 45 days across all lines of business to meet financial and accounting requirements.
• Audit accounting labeling and premium debtors to prevent fines from SAT and CNSF.
• Follow up on payment clarifications to facilitate GMM claims processing for business accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or International Business.
• Proven experience within the insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and administrative management (planning and control).
• Experience in collections, sales, and client negotiation.
• Understanding of insurance processes, including issuance and GMM claims.
• Experience handling contracts and agreements.
