Especialista en RUV

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical-administrative process of the Registro Único de Vivienda (RUV) from offer registration to package number acquisition.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Credit, Construction, and Projects) to ensure timely documentation delivery.
• Prepare and integrate closing files in accordance with INFONAVIT-RUV guidelines.
• Act as the primary operational liaison with verification units and manage the assignment of verifiers.
• Follow up on and resolve inconsistencies detected during the verification process to ensure housing release.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing RUV processes for mass housing projects.
• Proficiency in the RUV platform.
• Strong knowledge of INFONAVIT regulations and processes.
• Intermediate level of Excel and AutoCAD.
• Proven experience working with and following up with Verification Units.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the housing or real estate sector.
• Basic knowledge of the ENKONTROL platform.
• Familiarity with municipal procedures and construction processes.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
