Responsibilities

• Manage the company's quality system, including administration, control, measurement, improvement, analysis, and supervision.
• Oversee Lean management processes to drive operational efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through the coordination and implementation of optimization projects.
• Maintain, develop, and implement the ISO 9001 standard in its latest version.
• Act as the Management Representative to ensure compliance with client requirements, internal company standards, and official Mexican regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing quality systems based on ISO 9000 standards.
• Certified Lead Auditor (IIS, IIA, ISC, IMA, IME, LAE).
• Proven experience coordinating both internal and external audits.
• Proficiency in process mapping and the 5S methodology.
• Experience using Lean tools and driving cultural change to solve organizational problems.
• Fluency in Spanish; English is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, planning, organization, and proactive problem-solving skills.
