Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on procedures with government agencies
- Maintain updated databases regarding procedures, statuses, and resolutions
- Advise internal departments on regulatory requirements and processes
- Prepare periodic reports and monitor administrative information
- Manage document repositories and information control using SharePoint
- Represent the University in working groups and handle incidents related to administrative procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Law, Political Science, Administration, or a related field
- Experience in educational administration and public relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Assertive and clear communication skills
