Especialista en Calidad de Información y Registro Técnico de Reaseguro

Responsibilities

• Analyze and organize technical and operational information from various sources.
• Execute and monitor minimum technical-accounting closing validations to ensure timely compliance.
• Validate the correct integration of technical information into SAP, identifying deviations in currency, accounting nature, or classification.
• Detect duplicate records, currency errors, inverse balances, or inconsistencies in technical and balance accounts.
• Document findings, root causes, and correction recommendations in coordination with Technical Administration, Retrocessions, Claims, and Finance departments.
• Propose improvements to controls, validations, and business rules to transition from manual reviews to automated preventive controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 2 years of experience in the insurance industry (reinsurance experience is highly desirable).
• Experience in data analysis for information visualization.
• Proficiency in Excel, including the use of macros.
• Experience with Power BI and database management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in finance or accounting departments.
• Strong skills in data exploitation and information processing.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous learning.
