Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team, ensuring excellence in payroll processes, personnel administration, and labor compliance
• Ensure full compliance with current labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements
• Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting the resolution of complex cases and legal inquiries
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within personnel administration and payroll
• Establish and monitor departmental performance indicators, proposing corrective action plans when necessary
• Coordinate internal and external audits, managing evidence and resulting action plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll processes
• Deep expertise in labor, social security, and tax legislation, including eSocial and DIRF
• Proven experience working in large-scale companies with high-volume payroll processing
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for large data sets
• Hands-on experience with SAP and SuccessFactors
• Experience in process improvement projects and automation using AI
