About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team, ensuring excellence in payroll processes, personnel administration, and labor compliance
- Ensure full compliance with current labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements
- Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting the resolution of complex cases and legal inquiries
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within personnel administration and payroll
- Establish and monitor departmental performance indicators, proposing corrective action plans when necessary
- Coordinate internal and external audits, managing evidence and resulting action plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll processes
- Deep expertise in labor, social security, and tax legislation, including eSocial and DIRF
- Proven experience working in large-scale companies with high-volume payroll processing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for large data sets
- Hands-on experience with SAP and SuccessFactors
- Experience in process improvement projects and automation using AI
