About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with industrial safety, hygiene, and environmental activities following company policies and standards.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic awareness programs focused on environmental protection, safety, and occupational health.
  • Manage compliance with applicable environmental, safety, and occupational health regulations and requirements.
  • Oversee the training plan implementation for EHS matters.
  • Manage compliance with conditions established in environmental authorizations and operational permits.
  • Participate in and manage committees established for occupational health and safety verifications.
  • Develop and manage Waste Management Plans.
  • Advise on accident investigations to determine root causes and verify corrective measures.
  • Coordinate and develop necessary studies to meet legal requirements regarding safety, health, and the environment.
  • Monitor and manage the elimination of unsafe conditions detected through audits.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in EHS or similar positions.
  • Degree in Environmental, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of LFT (Federal Labor Law) and Ley IMSS.
  • Expertise in Ergonomics and Environmental, Safety, and Hygiene regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing industries.
