About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute academic service requests including course withdrawals, campus transfers, and credit accreditations for international programs.
- Manage administrative procedures such as the issuance of certificates, degrees, apostilles, and various student constancias.
- Provide efficient customer service to students, campus academic staff, and central departments to resolve cases and processes.
- Collect, review, and prepare documentation for National SEP certification processes required for graduation.
- Analyze and document incidents that fall outside of standard service scopes to ensure proper resolution.
- Monitor and follow up on the receipt of both physical and electronic degrees and certificates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree.
- Proven experience in customer service and student/user support.
- Experience in administrative or academic process management.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to perform information analysis and manage complex documentation.
- Experience in case follow-up and incident resolution.
