Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality service for residents and food service users by addressing needs promptly and empathetically.
• Manage the operation and administration of residences and food concessions, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Supervise the functioning of facilities, equipment, and services, coordinating with relevant areas for optimal performance.
• Follow up on incidents reported by residents or users to ensure effective and timely solutions.
• Analyze information and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
• Coordinate relationships with vendors and internal departments to strengthen service quality.
• Execute events and activities aligned with wellness models and healthy lifestyle standards.
• Contribute to the development and updating of operational protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Experience in operational and administrative service management (ideally in food services, hospitality, or retail).
• Proven experience in vendor management, quality control, and customer service.
• Strong skills in data analysis and database management.
• Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards (such as Distintivo H or Punto Limpio).
• Availability to travel and work flexible hours.
• High level of empathy, maturity for handling complex situations, and strong negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• English language proficiency.
