Especialista de Recreación y Vivencia

Responsibilities

• Promote student sports experiences by organizing local, regional, national, and international tournaments and competitions.
• Develop annual planning for leagues, tournaments, and recreational and experiential events.
• Act as a liaison between the Athletic and Sports department and campus services such as physical plant, security, maintenance, and gardening.
• Establish and maintain relationships with various sports leagues and governing bodies.
• Ensure all activities and events comply with institutional guidelines, principles, values, and regulations.
• Support the Athletic and Sports direction in organizing sports events and recognition ceremonies.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in student life, integral formation, or promoting well-being through sports.
• Experience in administrative areas or strategic planning.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Availability to work flexible schedules.
• Ability to manage resources, people, systems, and infrastructure.
