Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust design proposals for expansions and remodeling
• Ensure rapid delivery and alignment with established standards

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Design
• 2–5 years of experience in retail or commercial design
• Proficiency in conceptual and approval layouts
• Experience in plan development (POP, road imagery)
• Ability to create renders and visual presentations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (indispensable)
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• High response speed with 48h deliverables
• Functional design criteria and adaptability to rapid changes
