Especialista de Creative Ops

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the operational flow of the in-house creative team
• Perform briefing triage and analysis, refining scopes with stakeholders
• Structure integrated schedules, effort estimates, and multidisciplinary project planning
• Manage Monday.com to ensure continuous updates and sprint control
• Provide visibility to leadership regarding business priorities, team capacity, and risks
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements in processes and frameworks
• Measure and report area efficiency through reports and productivity indicators
• Explore automations and AI tools to eliminate manual tasks
• Maintain documentation and operational best practices

Requirements

• Consolidated experience in Creative Operations, Project Management, or PMO
• Advanced proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management tools
• Deep familiarity with creative processes (360° campaigns, digital content, branding, audiovisual)
• Experience with agile methodologies, sprint management, and capacity planning
• Highly analytical profile oriented toward data and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence for stakeholder negotiation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building productivity dashboards and operational indicators
• Fluency in using AI tools for operational optimization and productivity gains
