Responsibilities

• Review client databases to establish monthly work plans based on segments, balances, and status.
• Locate clients and co-signers through home visits to validate business operations.
• Negotiate various exit schemes with clients and guarantors to resolve payment arrears.
• Follow up on payment promises and apply exit schemes within the system.
• Document all management activities and client history in the cyber system.
• Prevent the deterioration of current portfolios into overdue status through proactive management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Administration, or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in debt collection and negotiation.
• Proven knowledge in credit restructuring and debt negotiation schemes.
• Experience in telephone collection and field visits to client residences.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Availability to travel (approximately once a month for foreign potential review).
