Responsibilities

• Review client databases to establish monthly work plans based on segments, balances, and status.
• Locate clients and co-signers through field visits to validate business operations.
• Negotiate with clients and guarantors using various exit schemes to resolve payment arrears.
• Follow up on payment promises and apply exit schemes within the system.
• Document all management activities and client history in the cyber system.
• Prevent overdue portfolios through effective collection management and diagnosis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Administration, or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in collection and negotiation.
• Knowledge of credit restructuring and generating exit schemes for portfolios.
• Experience in telephone collection and field visits to client domiciles.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual or automatic vehicles.
• Availability to travel (approximately once a month for foreign potential review).
