Responsibilities

• Act as a process supervisor and trainer for logistics and last-mile delivery processes
• Train and support new hires, leaders, and delivery associates through their learning curve
• Maintain and update accurate training records and documentation
• Use and analyze data daily to improve the learning experience and operational performance
• Provide feedback to the operations team and leadership regarding training trends and employee performance
• Organize and monitor cross-training to ensure maximum skill coverage across the operation
• Identify training gaps in critical roles and develop necessary training materials
• Complete audits and follow up on resulting action items to ensure process compliance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preparatoria Terminada)
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products and applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong data analysis and information management skills
• Proficiency with various technologies and digital applications

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in training teams or operational/logistics process training
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours
• Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
