Responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary support and advisory services to academic leaders to solve academic and administrative needs.
- Assist professor leaders with group scheduling and academic programming.
- Follow up on the hiring processes for adjunct faculty members.
- Support the planning, execution, and communication of school positioning, enrollment, and experiential events.
- Drive self-management and empowerment within the academic community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree.
- Experience in Customer Service, Academic environments, or teaching.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High capacity for self-management and service orientation.
