Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement intelligent conversational agents and advanced agentic architectures.
• Implement agent orchestration platforms using frameworks such as ADK, n8n, or Agent Space.
• Design multi-agent architectures, including Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication and MCP protocol usage.
• Develop custom RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) strategies, including knowledge recovery pipelines and vector database integration.
• Manage and integrate multiple Large Language Models (LLMs) from various providers.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, microservices, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with UX, architecture, and business teams to define scalable conversational flows.
• Monitor and optimize agent performance regarding quality, precision, cost, and user experience.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Systems, Computing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and developing conversational agents.
• Proven experience in agentic architectures, advanced LLM integration, or production-level RAG implementations.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of APIs (REST/GraphQL), microservices, and containerization (Docker).
• Experience with cloud deployment (GCP, Azure, or IBM Cloud) and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of NLP, embeddings, and semantic search techniques.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or specialization in Artificial Intelligence or Data Science.
• Experience working within the highly regulated financial sector.
• Familiarity with vector stores such as Vertex AI Vector Store, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Experience with tools like Watson X or Gemini Enterprise.
