Responsibilities

• Manage and monetize a corporate client portfolio (Pessoa Jurídica) by providing consultative financial solutions.
• Expand the client base through active market prospecting, focusing on companies with annual revenues between R$ 10 and R$ 30 million.
• Act strategically to develop the portfolio and contribute to sustainable business growth.
• Perform risk management for the portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal policies, banking norms, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain continuous client relationships through regular visits to monitor performance and satisfaction.

Requirements

• CPA 10 or CPA 20 certification (ANBIMA).
• Completed university degree.
• Proven experience in corporate banking or managing corporate clients (Pessoa Jurídica).
• Strong sales experience and ability to drive business growth.
• Knowledge of banking products, revenue analysis, and corporate financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability for external field work and mobility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree or advanced specialization.
