Responsibilities

• Execute business opportunities within the store flow by promoting various products and services
• Drive customer digitalization and provide instruction on digital tools
• Deliver excellent customer service across all segments to ensure a superior experience
• Actively work to acquire new customers
• Support various branch environments including self-service, teller services, and management desks as required

Requirements

• CPA 10 or CPA 20 certification (ANBIMA)
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (completed degree or postgraduate studies preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in sales
