Responsibilities

• Execute business opportunities within the store flow to promote products and services
• Instruct and guide customers through digital adoption and banking tools
• Provide excellent customer service across all segments to ensure a premium experience
• Actively work to acquire new customers
• Support various branch environments including self-service, teller services, and management desks as required

Requirements

• CPA 10 or CPA 20 certification (ANBIMA)
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in sales

• Completed undergraduate degree or postgraduate studies
• Strong alignment with customer-centric values and teamwork
