Responsibilities

• Execute business opportunities within the store flow to maximize the offering of products and services
• Drive digital adoption by instructing customers on how to use digital banking tools
• Provide excellent customer service across all segments to ensure a superior experience
• Actively work to acquire new customers
• Depending on the specific branch, support operations in self-service areas, management desks, treasury, or teller counters

Requirements

• CPA 10 or CPA 20 certification (ANBIMA)
• Currently pursuing or completed an undergraduate degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in sales
