Espec Clientes Select High

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a high-income client portfolio (average of 700-800 individuals)
• Acquire new clients to expand the portfolio through the sale of specialized products and services
• Perform risk management for the portfolio in compliance with bank and regulatory standards
• Monitor financial market changes to suggest optimal products and services based on client needs
• Provide personalized, consultative financial guidance focused on wealth management and succession planning

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of financial markets, structured products, and wealth management
• Proven experience in investment products and interpreting economic scenarios
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to recommend customized solutions
• Completed university degree (post-graduate studies are a plus)
• CPA-20 (ANBIMA) certification required; CEA certification is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
