Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a corporate client portfolio (PJ), ensuring close relationships and consultative service.
• Provide financial solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Conduct a 100% external routine involving regular field visits to clients.
• Expand the client base, focusing on companies with annual revenues between R$500k and R$10M.
• Perform portfolio risk management to ensure quality and sustainable business growth.
• Deliver excellent, personalized customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Completed undergraduate degree.
• CPA-10 certification (ANBIMA) is required.
• Proven experience managing corporate (PJ) client portfolios.
• Experience working with credit products.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, combined with empathy.
• High level of discipline in executing established business models.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA-20 certification.
• Post-graduate degree.
• Experience managing clients with revenues up to R$10M.
