Responsibilities
- Perform control operations including periodic inspections and requalifications
- Provide technical assistance, prescriptions, and technical recommendations
- Draft and update inspection plans
- Monitor the manufacturing of boiler and mechanical-welded equipment
- Intervene within the framework of the ASAP (Association pour la Sécurité des Appareils à Pression) as a notified body
- Ensure compliance with established procedures
- Verify manufacturing files according to construction codes and standards
- Write intervention reports
- Monitor anomalies and non-conformities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of significant experience in an industrial context
- Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing, boiler making, metallurgy, and welding processes
- Knowledge of standards and codes, specifically DESP 2014/68/UE
- Degree level BAC to BAC+3 (BTS CRCI, physical measurements, materials, or industrial site inspection)
- IWS-T diploma or equivalent is ideal
- Valid driver's license (Permis B) for regional and national travel
- High degree of autonomy and rigor
