ESL Teacher-Summer

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver structured and interactive English language lessons following the EF methodology
• Manage classroom environments and ensure student adherence to the EF behavior code
• Facilitate testing, including marking exams and monitoring student progress toward personal language goals
• Maintain accurate records, including daily attendance and required paperwork
• Attend all scheduled teacher meetings and participate in required training
• Handle student problems or emergency situations professionally and inform management as needed

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience
• TEFL certificate or equivalent
• Complete fluency in English
• Previous experience in the field of education
• Must be age 21 or older due to working with minors
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
