About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver structured and interactive English language lessons following the EF methodology
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment for young learners
- Facilitate student testing, including marking assessments and monitoring progress toward personal language goals
- Maintain accurate records of daily attendance and required academic paperwork
- Attend all scheduled teacher meetings and training sessions
- Ensure students follow the EF behavior code and report any issues or emergencies to management
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience
- TEFL certificate or equivalent
- Complete fluency in English
- Previous experience in the field of education
- Must be age 21 or older
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to work on-site in Ocala, FL
