ESL Teacher

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive English language lessons following the EF methodology
• Manage classroom environments and ensure student engagement and satisfaction
• Facilitate testing, including marking and monitoring student progress toward language goals
• Maintain accurate records, including daily attendance and required paperwork
• Monitor student behavior and ensure adherence to the EF behavior code
• Attend all scheduled teacher meetings and participate in required training

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience
• TEFL certificate or equivalent
• Complete fluency in English
• Previous experience in the field of education
• Must be age 21 or older
• Must have the legal right to live and work in the United States
• Ability to work on-site in Ocala, FL
