ESG Operations & Delivery Analyst

Responsibilities

• Champion operational excellence by leading transformational projects
• Provide ongoing support to the ESG delivery team including client onboarding and product delivery
• Assist in operational delivery of ESG editorial pieces via the Octus and FinDox platforms
• Work cross-functionally with ESG Delivery, Data collection, and Octus Sustainability Analysis teams
• Understand client requirements and create implementation plans
• Manage a comprehensive pipeline of operational items
• Communicate with clients, engage in public speaking, and manage effective meetings
• Lead process improvement projects and operational training for new team members
• Implement AI efficiencies into team workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Up to 2 years of experience in an operational role or relevant field
• Experience translating and working with large data sets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
