ESG Manager, Corporate Real Estate Portfolio

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ESG programs for corporate real estate aligned with enterprise goals
• Establish targets for energy, water, and waste reduction across the portfolio
• Oversee ESG data collection and reporting including GHG emissions and energy intensity
• Ensure accuracy of data for enterprise disclosures such as CDP, GRESB, and SASB
• Collaborate with landlords and service providers to integrate ESG principles into operations
• Partner with HR to drive employee engagement around sustainable workplace behaviors
• Ensure compliance with ESG-related regulations and internal governance policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Real Estate, Environmental Science, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate real estate
• Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (CDP, GRESB, SASB, GRI, TCFD)
• Experience managing data collection and reporting tools for ESG metrics
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work fixed night shifts
• Ability to work 3 days onsite per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• Professional accreditation such as LEED AP, WELL AP, or Fitwel Ambassador
• Experience with energy management, renewable energy procurement, or carbon accounting
• Experience working within a global real estate portfolio
