ESD Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the company-wide Electro Static Discharge (ESD) control program across nine manufacturing sites
• Ensure strict compliance with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IEC 61340 Standards
• Conduct factory audits and workstation evaluations to ensure operational excellence
• Investigate ESD/EOS-related product failures and develop corrective and preventive actions
• Train manufacturing associates on ESD best practices
• Manage grounding, ionization, packaging, and material controls
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements to reduce Cost of Quality and enhance profitability

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years of ESD experience within a manufacturing or electronics environment
• Ability to travel to various manufacturing locations (15-25%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards
• Hands-on experience with ESD testing equipment and auditing processes
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Extensive experience in operations or manufacturing quality
• Knowledge of appliance manufacturing processes
• Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
