Responsibilities
- Open new orders in ResWare
- Manually create files for orders that do not come through electronically
- Verify and correct order information on electronic orders
- Retrieve required information and documents from prior files
- Create Assignments as applicable
- Drop appropriate Lender Cards on files in ResWare
- Order title based on client and state
- Support other SOU teams as applicable
Requirements
- BA/BS from an accredited institution
- Experience working in a high-touch customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and organize work effectively
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with numbers
