Responsibilities

  • Open new orders in ResWare
  • Manually create files for orders that do not come through electronically
  • Verify and correct order information on electronic orders
  • Retrieve required information and documents from prior files
  • Create Assignments as applicable
  • Drop appropriate Lender Cards on files in ResWare
  • Order title based on client and state
  • Support other SOU teams as applicable

Requirements

  • BA/BS from an accredited institution
  • Experience working in a high-touch customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and organize work effectively
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with numbers
