About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, and processing closing documents
- Act as a neutral liaison between all file parties to ensure smooth settlements
- Complete settlements for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare transactions
- Monitor and mitigate risk to the company in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Communicate and explain complex information to internal and external customers
- Solve atypical problems by evaluating existing precedents and procedures
- Serve as a resource for less experienced team members
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 5+ years of related work experience in escrow or real estate services
