About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, and processing closing documents
- Complete settlements for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare transactions
- Act as a neutral liaison between all file parties while adhering to company policies
- Monitor and mitigate risk to the company throughout the closing process
- Communicate and explain complex information to internal and external customers
- Solve atypical problems by evaluating solutions from existing precedents or procedures
- Serve as a resource for less experienced team members
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of related work experience in escrow or real estate services
