Responsibilities

• Support and integrate asylum-seeking children into daily life
• Provide guidance to help children achieve social and emotional stability
• Promote language development through creative and playful methods
• Encourage children's creativity and individual initiative
• Foster intercultural awareness and appreciation
• Strengthen social and communicative competencies

Requirements

• Completed training as a state-recognized educator, social pedagogue, or child caregiver
• Experience working with children from migrant or refugee backgrounds is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility and intercultural competence
• Fluent German language skills; multilingualism is a plus
• High level of resilience, commitment, and emotional stability
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work proactively
