ERP Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver ERP system solutions including security configurations, reporting, integrations, and data synchronization
• Design, configure, and test ERP system solutions to meet business requirements
• Provide Tier 3 ERP technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Create system documentation, user guides, and deliver training
• Perform regular system updates, patching, and ensure data integrity
• Automate workflows via scripting and other methods
• Travel to Re:Build sites as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a CSI/Syteline Developer
• Solid experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI), Infor OS, and Mongoose development
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft .NET, and SQL Server
• Experience with Web Development (ASP.NET/MVC, Web APIs, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery)
• Strong knowledge of business processes like finance, purchasing, and manufacturing
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and structured deployment processes
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI
• Knowledge of basic networking and ITIL processes
• Experience in manufacturing environments and Lean Manufacturing
• Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, CMMC, or CUI regulations
