About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Connect additional systems to the existing infrastructure
- Act as a competent contact person for colleagues, providing IT support and training for hardware and software
- Execute IT expansion projects including requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation
- Administer all site IT, ranging from Office programs and IP telephony to manufacturing control systems
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology or comparable training with at least 3 years of professional experience in IT development and support
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics and SAP
- Knowledge of IT administration including clients, servers, and networks
- Ability to communicate technical content clearly to users
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
