ERP Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP platform, focusing on financial modules
• Partner with Finance and Accounting SMEs to design workflows and system configurations
• Collaborate with internal software development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support the configuration and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 financials
• Develop and maintain custom reports and data extracts for financial reporting
• Administer ERP security access controls and segregation of duties compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues across financial modules
• Support integrations between the ERP and adjacent systems like WMS and TMS
• Document configurations, support procedures, and training materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience supporting or implementing ERP platforms
• Strong focus on financial modules including GL, AP, AR, cost accounting, and period close
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or comparable ERP financials
• Strong understanding of finance processes
• Ability to bridge the gap between Accounting/Finance stakeholders and software development teams
• Strong cross-functional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical integration development experience
• Aptitude to use AI tools for D365 integrations and configurations
• Familiarity with ERP integration with upstream and downstream systems
• Experience with ticketing or project tracking systems
