ERP Project/Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation, definition, and implementation of ERP transformation programs and associated business change
• Build and execute program roadmaps to ensure strategic realization
• Manage a team of experienced project managers and ensure the proper functioning of the core team
• Monitor program KPIs, budgets, and risks to ensure alignment with client strategy
• Report progress on program objectives to business management
• Contribute to the growth of the consulting unit through knowledge sharing, offer development, and industry participation

Requirements

• Master's degree from an engineering or business school
• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs, specifically within a consulting firm environment
• Proven track record in implementing ERP tools or supporting strategic ERP journeys (blueprints, roadmaps, etc.)
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Fluent in English and fluent in either Dutch or French
